Franka Mohammed joined the Trinidad Eye Hospital in 2016 as the Organization Transformation Leader. She then moved on and is now the Stakeholder Engagement Manager.
She is graduate of the University of the West Indies where she attained her BSc Degree in Management Studies. She also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, London and Change Management Certification from Prosci Canada.
After 14 years of service as a Human Resource practitioner, she joined the TEH team and is the leading change agent in the business transformation process. She has recently expanded her focus to Business Development at the TEH, inclusive of Marketing Management and Optical Services Management.
She is a past volunteer with the Growing Leaders Foundation and also served as a lecturer for the Australian Institute of Business MBA programme in the subject area of Strategic Human Resource Development.
Franka is very connected to the mission and vision of the TEH and displays her commitment to facilitating change on a daily basis. She works closely with all stakeholders and the leadership team towards building a sustainable future of the organization.
To date, she continues to be an advocate for effective leadership in practice and employee engagement initiatives that propel businesses forward for long term success.
